Water and Sunshine

We have had some fun in the sun lately.  With the help of his dad, last weekend Brody discovered the hose and the water that sprays out of it.  He absolutely loved it and refused to have any help holding on to it.  This, of course, quickly turned into all of us getting wet and Brody giggling, like this was his plan all along.

Yesterday, as it was 92 degrees, I thought it was an appropriate pool day.  After getting a little scared of the loud electric air pump, Brody calmed down and loved splashing himself, shoveling the water out of the pool, and wearing his cool sunglasses around.  I love summertime.

Nicco reminded me that we need to get a new pool for the back yard because his froggy pool is broken. He is right. With two 90 degree days in a row, I am envious of your water and sunshine fun! In two more days, I will be ready to play!

So I am such a slacker and just now catching up, Happy belated Anniversary!
Brody sure is getting big! That is cute that he loved soaking everyone with the hose--little kids are the best!
