This was one happy boy on Christmas morning. Brody asked Santa for a Buzz Light Year and as soon as he walked down stairs and saw it, he got a HUGE grin on his face. This was definitely his favorite thing, and he would not put it down. Great job, Santa :). The boys didn't wake up until 9:00 a.m., which was wonderful in my opinion. We took our time opening presents because the boys wanted to play with each and every one before opening another one. Not to mention, it takes forever to get through that packaging to get the toys out. Why do they make it so hard?!! So, it took us all morning to open our presents, but Brody and Jake were having so much fun, I could have watched their happy faces all day long.
Santa brought Jake a train set made of blocks and a fun bead maze.
Here is Brody's cool marble run, that Jake almost knocked over, and all of our stockings stuffed with lots of goodies.
Jake and Brandon.
Jake was very interested in each and every present. He loved helping all of us open them, especially Brody.
This is Spencer opening his Xbox...that he already knew he had. The only surprise here was that it was wrapped up in a big box for him to open. He had left it at our house a long time ago and we had been meaning to give it back to him and he had been meaning to come get it. Well, what a perfect time to give it back to him! I found the biggest box I had and wrapped it all up for him. Why not have another gift to open? He thought it was pretty funny that his little sister had wrapped it for him. So worth it. Love that face. Ha!
