I love this time of year when the leaves on the trees turn colors. Now that the leaves have fallen off our trees in the backyard, that makes for some great entertainment for the boys. They have been perfect little helpers getting all the leaves raked up, but that's only after running, jumping, throwing, and hiding in all of them....of course. It's been really fun to watch them play. Who knew leaves could be so much fun?
On our last boat trip, we took some bread with us to see if we could find some seagulls to feed, and I think we found a whole flock! The boys and I kept throwing bread out as fast as we could, and they just kept coming. I'm just glad that no one got pooped on. :) Brody and Jake really had a great time seeing all the seagulls come right by our boat, and they couldn't help but eat some bread too.
There's just something about being on the water...
