Haircuts and Summer Fun

I finally took the boys to get haircuts at Cookie Cutters. I have been wanting to go for a while now and have heard tons of good things about it. This is a really fun salon totally for kids. They try to focus on making it fun for little ones to get a haircut, and they do a great job! When you first walk in they ask you which chair you would like to sit in. You can choose an airplane, police car, motorcycle, etc. You also get to pick a movie that you can watch while you get your hair cut. They also have bubbles, a slide and play area, and when you are all done the kids get a balloon and sucker. Awesome! The boys really enjoyed themselves, even though Jake's face in this picture above says otherwise. :)

Summer is finally here and the warm weather feels soooo nice! We've been busy enjoying lots of outside activities. The boys have had fun running through the sprinklers, playing at the lake, painting in the backyard, and simply throwing rocks in water (an activity they never seem to get sick of). Keep the warm weather coming!
